Luke and I met each other at a tough time in both of our lives. Already close-ish friends, we decided to compete in a Granola hackathon. We sweated it out and got a win. Luke even got a job out of it! That was one of the best weekends I've ever had and can honestly call this a positive inflection point in both of our lives. He's grown a bunch, is actively teaching me new things, and might even found 👀. I've no doubt in my mind he's gmi (gonna make it). This is him, fixing prod on the middle of our Czech holiday.

The most cracked team I've ever worked with
I did a contracting gig with Isara, helping them achieve SOTA on a popular benchmark. The team has permanently raised the bar for me. Michal Valko, was one of the funniest and most passionate people I've met in this industry. Eddie Zhang himself has the highest clock speed of anyone I've ever met. Sam Kwok and Artur Avameri, an IMO silver medallist, have an incredibly deep intuition for the frontier models. I'm deeply grateful I got that opportunity.

When Luke moved to London, he randomly messaged into a groupchat looking for a spare room. Thankfully, Henry, a no-uni AI engineer had space. Ever since, I've travelled to countless countries with Henry and won thousands in hackathon prizes doing it. He's founded a talent company, and as much as I take the piss, I've got absolute faith he's gonna smash it.
